All weightlifting programs on this website have been personally created by me. Throughout my years of experience as a weightlifter, I have experimented with many different training modalities. After each competition I analysed my notes to determine which correlated with the best results. Through this I have managed to develop training methods which both maximised my results, and kept me free from any serious injuries. My belief is that every weightlifter is looking to make constant progress, avoid serious injuries, and ultimately maximise their results in competition.
